I think if you focused more on the rider, it would be better. I feel like there's too much unnecessary space taken. Maybe a tighter shot from the head to where you already have the foot. Then from the sides, start from the horse's snout then stop at the horses end. I'd probably shoot it so that I get the carousel as a the whole background and not get the Coca-Cola machines and excess people.
